Richard Aldous has been teaching Yoga and Transcendental Meditation (TM) for over 30 years. He is a certified teacher of TM and has completed 200 hours of Maharishi Yoga Asana training and 150 hours of Yoga Alliance training.

Drawing on teachings from ancient yoga texts and the teachings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, this comprehensive guide covers the history, philosophy, and application of yoga in its fullest aspects, aligning mind, body, and spirit with connections to daily routine, Ayurveda, pranayama, and meditation. This once-in-a-lifetime Yoga course consists of 16 lessons. This course, meticulously structured by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, founder of the Transcendental Meditation Technique, includes new asana instruction not previously taught in any other course. The course provides in-depth insight into the correct and effortless practice of yoga asanas, exploring how each pose can help create balance and promote overall well-being. Asanas will be fine tuned to your individual body and needs.
