Dr Richard Aldous has been teaching Transcendental Meditation® (TM) and related yoga practices for over 30 years. He is a certified teacher of TM and has completed 200 hours of Maharishi Yoga Asana training and 200 hours of Yoga Alliance training.

16 Lesson Course on Maharishi® Yoga Asanas

This course is designed to take you deeper into the practice of asanas, the value of silent yoga, and its links to breath and meditation.
